Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Develop detailed profiles of target customers and stakeholders.
- Create detailed profiles of target customers, including business overviews,
- product/service offerings, priorities, competitors, key stakeholders, and current
- IT/product partnerships.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct SWOT analysis on a need basis to support decision-making.
- Assist the Geo Sales team in various sales activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, event planning, and other company-level activities.
- Plan and publish LinkedIn posts and campaigns highlighting CSL’s healthcare and AI work.
- Research target audiences and map prospects on LinkedIn / CRM.
- Support content creation, email outreach, and campaign tracking.
- Prepare marketing decks, case studies, and proposals for presales.
- Report key metrics like impressions, engagement, and lead quality.
Primary Skills:
- Strong written and communication skills (LinkedIn content focus).
- Understanding of B2B / regulated industry marketing.
- Research and data-tracking ability.
- MS Office / Canva / Google Suite proficiency
Secondary Skills
- Basic understanding of B2B or IT marketing
- Coordination & time-management abilities
- Creative eye for design and storytelling
