Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop detailed profiles of target customers and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed profiles of target customers, including business overviews,
  • product/service offerings, priorities, competitors, key stakeholders, and current
  • IT/product partnerships.
  • Generate business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis on a need basis to support decision-making.
  • Assist the Geo Sales team in various sales activities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, event planning, and other company-level activities.
  • Plan and publish LinkedIn posts and campaigns highlighting CSL’s healthcare and AI work. 
  • Research target audiences and map prospects on LinkedIn / CRM. 
  • Support content creation, email outreach, and campaign tracking. 
  • Prepare marketing decks, case studies, and proposals for presales. 
  • Report key metrics like impressions, engagement, and lead quality. 

Primary Skills:

  • Strong written and communication skills (LinkedIn content focus). 
  • Understanding of B2B / regulated industry marketing. 
  • Research and data-tracking ability. 
  • MS Office / Canva / Google Suite proficiency 

Secondary Skills

  • Basic understanding of B2B or IT marketing 
  • Coordination & time-management abilities 
  • Creative eye for design and storytelling
