Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IT operations tasks and provide IT support
- Coordinate using a ticketing system
- Execute tasks as per defined processes and quality standards
- Communicate with onsite clients via calls, chats, or emails
- Adapt to changing work requirements, schedules, and client needs
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Quick learner with ability to follow structured processes
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex systems
- Willing to work in Night shifts
- Team-oriented and flexible
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM), AWS, MS Office
- Experience in non-technical support (Voice/Non-Voice) in IT/Healthcare
